I've been using eBook Edit Pro for a few years and love it - however, several days ago I tried for the first time to create a shareware version of one of my ebooks. One that would expire after 1 day or 5 openings.
For some reason, it didn't work (which is why I purchased Active Compiler). I tried several times, including clearning the password using the indicated button, but still didn't work. I even sent it to three other computers I have access to...still didn't work correctly. It either asked me for a password BEFORE it even opened (rather than waiting for expiration) or it opened in excess of the 5 times I programmed it for.
Any ideas/solutions? I emailed Michele and am awaiting her reply. I'm not very patient, so thought I'd email the experts here
