I have installed Windows 7, and tested one of my compiled ebooks (with over 1000 files, embedded executables, batch files, and ini files) and I found that the only issue was that if you use embedded executables that write to files outside the ebook, you MUST but your external files in C:\ProgramData, and your users MUST install the ebook as administrator.
External files are not commonly used with Active ebook, but I and a few others need them.
If you do not write to external files, then there are NO ISSUES with Windows 7.
