Hi, I have an issue with a customer in which I'd really appreciate some advise as to what may be the problem...
She's saying she receives the email to download:
Thank you for purchasing.. my E-Book title..
To download now, please click on the following link.
myebookname.exe
she says the .exe link won't let her click on it.
I haven't had this problem come up with any other customers..
She's on a PC/using IE. She does have her html enabled in her hotmail account (can see pics), and says she has Norton antivirus. From what I see she's from the UK. I don't know if this has anything to do w/ anything..
Is it possible to send the ebook as an attachment?
It is possible that the email service she's using (or an anti-virus program installed) is disabling the link. If she's using Vista it might be something related to that OS.
You might need to send the ebook as a zip file if the program won't let her download the .exe file. This is especially a problem if she is trying to download from a corporate system where the IT guy has locked down all the ways into the system.
Let us know what happens.

Thanks Storyman for your kind response. I did as you suggested and zipped the file and sent it to her. I'll let you know if it works.
Thanks so much!
