Im still having no luck with my ebook. one friend can download it from her email, but when trying to open it the computer wont let it open, and says the file is corrupt. Another friend is using hotmail and when I send her the file, hotmail deletes it so that she cant do anything with it anyway.
If anyone knows whats happening here I would greatly accept some help with it, Im almost at my wits end with the whole thing,
thanx

I think it likely that the ebook is being truncated (the end cut off) by your email program, or your email program is corrupting it, etc.
Sending large files via email is never very reliable because of how many email systems and servers are setup.
If the ebook works before you put it into email, and stops working when it arrives, it must be something of this type.
Why not put a copy of the ebook on a web site, to download, and send the customer the URL to download from.

thanx for your reply.
I have tried your suggestion, and thats not working either. The file downloads fine and when opened we are getting the error message that says the file isnt a win32.
I have also compiled the book on a different computer, but to no avail (still the same outcome). Any more ideas?
Thanx

The ebook works on your computer, right? (this is a question)
If yes, then the problem must be related to email and/or transfering to/from your site.
For going via your site, check 1. Check the size of the download matches the original 2. Check you uploaded the ebook EXE with FTP set to BINARY mode.

Who is your webspace with? One of my hosts doesn't allow ebooks (or programs) at all, another only allows a max of 500k filesize, so this may be a problem.
If your ebook is uploaded, give me the link and I'll see if I can download it, or if I get errors, etc.

Check the file size when you download is the same as when you uploaded. If it's not it may be the type of problem dreuby says
