collect user input from a form and store it into a file
franable
Hello, I purchased your ebook compiler 2 weeks ago an have found it to be a great product! I have been working with "collect user input from a form and store it into a file" as found on this pagehttp://www.ebookcode.com/scripts/form1.htm It works good but I would like to do more with it. How can I use this example so the ebook html form looks exactly the same but when you save it as a .txt you can have headings directly above the user input?
example of created .txt document: Name Joe Blow Address 1 11 Maple Street Address 2 23 Brown Street
instead of .txt file looking like this: Joe Blow 11 Maple Street 23 Brown Street
I have tried using hidden fields on the web page reading your help an other numerous ideas.
This is possible, right?
If you can lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks, Jimmy O.

Jimmy, Your correct. Put a hidden field above the users field and put the value in before you save and compile.
