Where do the toolbar icons get the tooltips text from?
I have one page where the tool tip on the Next button is not showing the correct page - I've checked the page <title> tag, refreshed the files and recompiled, but no joy. I'm obviously missing something basic here!

I noticed it can be sensitive to case. Try to make sure your file names are all lowercase no spaces
