I would like to use acive e-book, but the word processor I use doesn't seem to be very friendly with it. How do I incorporate pictures, create borders etc.
When I run e-book it only displays a white background, and my pictures don't show.
See Chapter 2 of the above - especially the bit about setting Web Options in the Save dialog when you save as HTML. this will solve the images problem. After you do this click Edit/Scan Directory and reselect the same folder in Activ E-Book Compiler.
For borders and so on you need to check the Format menu in Word. I don't have Word 2000 handy at this moment, but I am sure the option is there.
