I think I know which site you are talking about but I don't remember the url. That being said, I think it is the best idea for ebook writers to write their sales pages themselves. For one, you know your product and customer base better than someone who just writes sales pages for a living. Secondly people are becoming sceptical of the traditional style of sales pages. Most online sales pages look the same today. They have an Informercial type of feel to them and look quite unprofessional. There are some useful copywriting tips you can use, but I highly recomend buying a $20 book from indigo on writing internet sales pages and doing it yourself.
