Ive read and re-read the tutorials before putting my book in the compiler. I still cannot understand how if I want to use 1000 system generated passwords, how will the customer get the right one when he pays for it. I'm setting up a single item merchant account with storm pay. I'm reading I have to create multiple sales pages, but Surely I don't need to set up 1000 sales pages, one for each password.
I would like to set this up to work automatically with out me having to manually send each person a password, but I'm not understanding how to do so.

You can use/modify the scripts atwww.ebookcode.com(they are written for Clickbank but should be fairly easy to adapt) if you can pass parameters thru Stormpay. I don't know anything about stormpay, but you might also consider asking a programmer/freelancer, to help you modify the example scripts if you are unable to do so youself, try sites like elance.com scriptlance.com etc., to find people like this.
