Alice is back.... and looking for beta testers...

ğLot of stuff in this ebook, but it seems to work fine...
Alaska If anyone would be willing to test this ebook and, if you get any error messages, let me know what OS & version of IE you're using, I would appreciate it.

KC Very nice presentation and works fine on W98 SE - IE6.

Maybe you could add a bit more hspace to your aligned images but other than that, couldn't find a fault.

jaxz Old post, but I'm new!

Anyway, I did download and test Alice.zip/exe

3 problems:

1. Search menu does NOT work. In fact, it does nothing. Also, the table it sits in is too small, so there are things that won't show up. Search works well from "index" menu. Content menu works well.

2. When scrolling down, the back&forward arrows stays inside the text box and masks some words. This may be a minor problem, but see also 3 below.

3. The book is TINY. It needs to be resizable to the screen when running at a higher resolution. The text is fine and seems to scale up, but it is simply not useful given the small text window. And this is why the problem area 2 above becomes important.

Question: was this done with Activ E-Book Compiler?
It is very nice, and well structured!

I'm running:
win-XP with SP2
And SCREEN resolution 1600*1200.

Misty I'm new to e-booking and think your book is beautifully done.  I'd be happy if mine were half as good.
Contratulations - I would buy it!
