I have a couple of books that have a lot of empty space. I had this notion that I could sell the space to advertisers. Is it possible to insert a banner in my Activ compiled Ebook that is linked to my server.
This way I could control the banner advertisment by changing the ad on my site and all Ebooks with that banner would change also
Put the URL of the image, and the URL to go to, in the HTML.
What you could do is use the counter/click tracker script fromwww.scriptrocket.com and set up tracking URLs for the banner image and the destination, and put those in. You can then count the number of impressions (displays) of the banner, and the number of clicks.
