KeyGen Script For Your Ebooks

GuidingLight This is a simple script I put together a while ago, really for my own personal use to easily get product codes for people who by my products.

http://www.spiritjourney.freeserve.co.uk/activeebookkeycoder.html

Just view the source and save as your own html file, obviously change the passwordlist = new Array(1001) and your passwords to your own codes, and change other stuff to suit your own needs.

The password list can be generated by your copy of ebook compiler, just save your list as "JavaScript source code" then copy from the generated .js file and copy over the one in the html file. If you have less passwords then 100, you will also need to edit the "<option>" values to the number of passwords you have.

You will also need to change the text box properties to your own message.

Hope you find it useful

EBookCompiler Thanks

I think it would be wise to change the name.

I realize your script is a legitimate tool for ebook authors

However the word "key gen" or "keygen", in a lot of people's minds makes them immediately think of illegal software tools for pirating software

GuidingLight hmmmmmmm ok done that, but it still does the same job, you'll have to change the topic title, as I cant edit that

Just thought it would be useful for those who use Active E-book, to make it easier to keep track of their unlock codes for their ebook creations, saves me a lot of time anyway
