I just finished an ebook "101 Highly Effective Strategies to Promote Your Web Site" however the question I have is:
When to begin marketing? - since it still needs refinement, testimonies, reviews, should I wait till I get it all right or just take the plunge and start marketing?
I think one of Eva's site provides reviews, start fromwww.ebooknbytes.comand follow links around from there till you find the review site
You could give away some free copies to other sites which have ebook reviews, and ask for their comments. Probably nicer to send a link rather than attach a large file, and make sure before sending that they are (1) not going to be annoyed by you, and (2) they don't mind being contacted, etc...
If you sell some copies, ask each of your customers for their comments, hopefully this will help you get some testimonials over time. Of course make sure you have permission from the customer before you publish their quote.
Personally, I am a great believer in start now, and improve as you go along
<Personally, I am a great believer in start now, and improve as you go along>
This is what I thinking, starting a marketing campaign already, then refining the ebook as I go along (probably end up with a revised version).
Is it better to have the ebook on its own web site or leave it as part of my current site (web design) since it already gets spidered fast and does well in the SEs?
Please give me your comments on my sales page - does it pull enough, is it attractive etc.
