Formatting Email Addresses

Sue Can anyone help with this?  I've got several autoresponders collecting opt in email lists for various campaigns that I'm running.

Periodically I need to download these to my own computer.

At the moment I'm having to do a fair amount of manual editing to get them into the format that my email program, (Mailloop) can read.

Does anyone know of a programme that will put the info into this format: "name","name","email" ?

I know that this is probably a bit of a tall order but just asking on the off chance!

Also, anyone using Mailloop?  I don't find this very friendly, from my experience it saves you doing one job, but then creates another to do in the process!  Would love to know what others think of it.

EBookCompiler Try Excel.  It has a save as CSV option which is this format.

If you can figure out the keystrokes to do one line and move to the next line (may cut'n'paste the whole original file into a separate Excel worksheet or working area of your spreadsheet), record a macro consisting of these keystrokes, assign it to a key, and then just hit this key X number of times.

dreuby I'm just experimenting with WorldCast. It's easy to download and use, and you can have different mail lists for different projects. I haven't actually sent any mail yet! It also verifies email addresses before sending.

I think I got it fromhttp://www.webattack.com, but the home page ishttp://www.fairlogic.com

It's free for non-commercial, and the commercial licenses are very reasonable.
