I've currently finished writing my novel that has taken me around 4 years to write through my teenage years.
the book is about a guy's struggle through his teenage years and having to change through his transition into University, experimenting with life, love and work.

First off, no matter where you are asking questions, or looking for a publisher, you must realize that the first impression is what rules, when a publisher is considering your work.
In your posted question, I see poor written communication skills, or just a lack of caring. Capitalization is very important, as is, all other aspects of good writing.
And the description of the book that you gave has nothing that might get me excited about your work. You may need to work on a treatment that will get all who read it so excited that they can not wait for its release, or build the book as a pdf, and offer it as a down loadable file on a web site.
