Ebook marketing help

jp Does anyone have any suggestions on how to market a ebook that is a lead generating site? I have come across many sites that will let you advertise your ebook as long as you are the author of the book. The ebook is really a "how to" for network marketing that has my contact info branded on the final page. I guess I would like to know is ezines, FFA pages, blogs etc. what is the best way to market this type of ebook.

Thx.

jbsmith Hi JP, there are really only two factors that make reports or ebooks highly desirable as viral products...

1. They are brandable, meaning that webmaster, ezine publishers, forum managers, etc... can brand a link with their ID and earn a commission as part of any sale made from the product - with reasonable return and good expectation of actually making money or--

2. There is something tremendously unique or valuable or controversial about the report that makes everyone want it just out of curiosity.

Ideally -- your report can combine the two.

Not sure how this could be done with Internet Marketing - affiliate marketers use these techniques as they can "brand" a landing link with a unique ID and share commissions.

Cheers...
Jeff

ebookpublishing I personally find that to start marketing your product is to use viral techniques. Followed by Jvs and free marketing i.e. writing lots of articles and using free ebook submission to larger websites.

I follow several procedures everytime i launch a new ebook as its important to get yourself known.

There is enough free marketing out there for you to use without having to pay for it. I hav never paid for any advertising and i never will - for example lots of people pay for google adwords when they can market the product by themselves.........
