EBookCompiler You need to do at least a couple of things

1. Get lots of people looking at your web page

2. Get the people visiting your web page to buy. If you get 1% to buy, that's a good start (which means you have to get 100 targeted people to make even one sale).

For #1:

Do you know how many people are viewing your page?

Install some kind of tracker/counter to find out. You can find some athttp://www.hits4me.com/rem_counter.php

Sitemeter is reasonable and has a free version.

Then look at getting more people to view it:

Pay Per Click Search Engines -http://www.marketingblast.com/res_ppc.php

Swap links with other sites

2. I do not think your sales letter will convert very well

If you were reading it, would you buy?

Tell people what is in for them. What will they learn? How will they benefit?

What do they need to read it? (I imagine most people in the market for this book would be newbies, but I can't tell as the sales info is so brief)

Why should they trust you?

What if they don't like it? (A guarantee of some sort)?

Maybe show an extract (to build confidence)

#3 You could also consider follow-up

Start a newsletter or autoresponder. Info atwww.ezineblast.com

You could send people an extract or computer tip, opt-in email, regularly, each time reminding them of your eBook

#4

You might want to consider selling thru ClickBank rather than PayPal.  Set a high affiliate %, and you will probably get some affiliates promoting.

Look at #1 to #3 first before doing this

Vab10 but if i give a guarantee like money back, how do i know they just arent going to say i didnt like it and just keep the ebook file?

Vab10 well what do you think of it now? i fixed up the info.

EBookCompiler If you don't give a guarantee, how do you know that people aren't put off buying because they don't trust you.

Check your typing.

And it still doesn't give any idea what the eBook is really about. Check your competitors sites, see some of those listed at
http://www.ebookjungle.com/ebook_software.php

If you were a customer, which would you buy based only on what you can see in the sales letter?

Ebook Architect You should also consider trying some search engine optimization techniques. Your site looks good, but i agree with ebook compiler. It could use some more information. You need to make your customers really want to buy your product. Try to identify with some of the problems that your customers may have and address how your information will solve those problems.

I'm not sure if you are currently involved in a linking campaign but that is also something you may want to consider.

I hope this helps

Storyman Ebook Architect's suggestion to optimize your site for search engines is excellent. Put your energy into that and along the way you'll learn more about optimizing content.

ebookprofit Hi!

I believe you should try doing other stuffs such as:

  4.

a)JV partnership( get traffic by asking web master or site owner to join promoting by offering them an amount of commission)

     b) Search engine optimization

     c) Article marketing

     d) Social networking

     e) Blogging

     f) Youtube

     g) Free Classifieds

     h) Press release- this assumes you have something worth talking about

     i) send an email to bloggers/social networks that have large followings and tell them about your site.

They say you if your really want your book to sell, you need to publicize it like hell.

Good luck!!!

Pls. feel free to PM me if you have questions.
