PopUps Ghosts Problem

Galaxy When I close a PopUp it leaves a Blank square on the screen.

If Internet Explorer is open, works well.
Once I close IE , it  happens again .

I tested at least 6 Popups Scripts all with the same results. I tested  small and large sized Popups.

Something is interfering  from a full closure action.

It is so strange.  It is a ghost, I have to click many times on different areas of the screen or change the page until it dissapears.

I will be experimenting with this until I find a solution.

If someone knows a solution. Your help would be appreciated.

UPDATE

The problem occurs when I hide the toolbar to use my own navigation bar. It must be a conflict between the frame and the toolbar  when it is hidden . This interference affects my Popups closing behavior.

Maybe a different script for the frameset will help.
