Help with HyprLock setup

Hi all,

I'm a new customer of the HyprLock application.

I'm having problems testing the delivery system and password delivery.

My ebook is compiled and looks just fine per the tutorials.

When I go to test by entering a purchase email. I get an error message or just a blank screen.

When I try and troubleshoot and get confused.

I don't see anything in the tutorial about setting up email other than entering my contact address.

I also entered the testbuy email address and got the same above error.

HYPrLock is used successfully by many eBook authors and the tutorials contain a complete set of instructions on how to use it. The easiest way to work with HYPrLock is to follow the tutorials step by step from start to finish.

The only e-mail information you need to supply is your contact e-mail address, everything else is built in.

If you are getting an error with the program, you have failed to set up the program correctly or your web host service is not compatible with the program.

BTW: This is an Activ E-Book forum not a HYPrLock forum and specific problems you are having with HYPrLock need to be referred directly to the program author (who knows best how the program works - hopefully).
