HELP PLEASE

I´m having some problems and i need help:

1. I have created an index file (index.html)
2. I have put it in the Source folder.
3. Scan folder set to Source.

I then run the compiler and it creates the file but nothing shows?The icon is there in the Output folder but angain when I click on it, NOTHING!!!

I created the folders through the quick option so these are correct.

Can someone PLEASE tell me what is going wrong.
I saw this question but i dont saw the reply.

This may seem like a silly question, but have you verified that your index.html page opens with explorer?
