I hope this isn't going to embarrass him, but I'd just like to tell forum members a little story.... I queried something about HyprLock with the writer this afternoon....there was nothing wrong ; it wasn't a complaint ; but Ron took it upon himself not only to write back within hours, but also to REWRITE and upgrade part of the program for me! How about THAT for service?! (And as I've said before, I'm neither employee of on commission!) Ron, you're a credit to yourself, and deserve every success that's coming your way. A public "thank you" to you.....
I also have nothing but positive things to say about Ron. He has taken time he didn't have to the assist me personally. Ron definately understands what "Customer Service" is. I proudly own more than one of his products. Well Done Ron!
I'm surprised and dazzled by these awesome comments. It's deeply gratifying to see that my efforts to help have been so well regarded. I've even printed these messages and taped them to the wall, to remind me that people really do appreciate a little extra effort now and then.
