How good is thesecurity of the "Activ E-book Compiler"

Duke Hi I am new here and I have a question for Activ E-book Compiler,
what I hope you can answer.

If the security of the "Activ E-book Compiler" is so good.
Then why do you need the "Virtual Vault Progam" for it?

Is there a deference with them. Could you explain?

Thank you

Duke Sorry  for the spelling mistake
I meant "How good is the security of the "Activ E-book Compiler" "

Storyman Activ has excellent security.

The service you refer to, Virutal Vault, is a service used by some to monitor who has access to an ebook after it has been downloaded.

Other options are to use an Automatic Payment System (APS) specifically designed for use with Activ. If you do a search of the forums you'll find several threads regarding the topic.

Storyman Hi Duke,

Here is an APS that also allows the ebook to be disabled if/when a refund is issued. It integrates with ACTIV and is one time fee item.

EBookCompiler Basically there's a password feature built-in to Activ.

The Hyperlock and Virtual Vault products add an extra feature.  The ability to lock down an ebook on somebody else's computer after they have got it (for example, if their money is refunded)
