Just for the heck of it I searched for the Wellard book and found a full copy for FREE! Makes me wonder about the rest of the books. If serious contact the publisher of the books and find out if they have sold the rights to the book and if so who owns it.
You might also want to look at the other 'schemes' that the seller has listed. It might give you pause to reconsider.
