Ive actually had this working but due to other pressures Ive left it for a while and now Ive come back it wont work. I bought a program from ebay called Name Branding Syndicator which will update your ebook pages after you've sold them no matter where the book travels to in the world. The owner only has to open the book's index page on a browser and hit the refresh button and you've updated the content of that particular book. As for me, I'm ****
ed if I can remember where the javascript goes on the page you want to up-date. I've tried it in half a dozen places but without success. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong please.
Sorry, I can't help with the script, and I think it's going to rely more on the program or software that you purchased.
But, why not consider doing this another (easier) way. We have an e-book that we offer as perpetual information. The e-book pages are <iframe> tags that view indexes on a web server. That way, when we update the web pages, the book is automatically updated and the user does'nt even know.
