Am I asking too much? I bought the product and entrusted them with my purchase.

More time passes more money I loose. Tell me if you won't be "critical" too...

I don't think that you are mean, also you are not alone as many peale fed up waiting VESION 5 of Active ebook compiler that may solve the problem - I am refering that all the ebooks creating using Active compiler will stop working by 2038 - Sunnil said he fixed the problem with version 5, but he never reply again for when that version will be available.

I honest have a big project created by active ebook compiler using all features, and if I now decide to use another ebook compiler software it will take me long time to change all the pages because active ebook is not compatible with any other software available that I know of.

To Sunnil (If he cares to read,  I think he does!): You can see that many relay on you software for creating their ebooks etc, why don't you even tell them that problem - 2038 year problem, because ebook version 4.22 is still on sale on your website and maybe, that is maybe, new people are stil buying from you for doomed software. Also if you care all the people who created ebooks using version 4.22 (and before) why don't you tell them the ways that they can retrieve their data before that day (2038), you may think it's far but it's only 33 years away, people may plan long time for their data would be available to general public. Also honest is valuable comadity.

I personly like Active ebook Compiler, but I feel it's a good product that doe not have any Support [Good software without support), and that is bad for this wonderfull program/software... The brain that created this program should fix it's prolems soon, I think.

It's a very important issue to me too.

One thing that I think does need to be understood, is that you're not working with Microsoft or some other mega corporation here that can plug in other programmers when one of theirs is unavailable for whatever reason.  I've lost a lot of time this year, most recently with my football injury, but I am on it.
