Output File Problem

I've downloaded the demo of EBook compiler, however when building a test EBook I get a message thanking me for registering and that all features are active.

On trying to open the .exe file in the Output folder nothign happens.

I have no recollection of ever owning Ebook compiler either in full or demo forms.  If the previous owner of this computer had a demo copy and uninstalled it, woudl any trace be left in the registry or is everything totally deleted.

Can't fathem this one out at all.
