but i already paid for ebookcreator but unfortunately since March 11 of my order until now i never received the permanent serial number for my ebookcreator copy. i don't know what's wrong, even clickbank themselves contacted ebookcreator but he never replied so im waiting for a response from him, if i don't receive a response i request a refund and go on purchasing your ebook, but do you deliver fast? how long will you deliver if after i pay? you said it support unlimited upgrade and updates, am i right?
Did you contact the person you purchased ebookcreator from for a refund -OR- did you contact the service who handled the transaction?
Usually there is a thirty-day refund policy FROM THE COMPANY HANDLING THE TRANSACTION. I've seen people try to write the seller for a refund never to hear from them, but as soon as they contact the transaction company they are issued a refund. Good luck.
If you've already downloaded Activ e-Book, then you already have the program. All you need is the Retistration Code, which you are given when you purchase the Activ program. That's all you need.
i followed instructions on the finish order page after payment on clickbank and it says that i email to register@ebookcreator.com and that's what i did, seconds after i paid and it's already march 18 (mar 17 in your place) and i never received any reply. so i contacted clickbank, i make sure first that im not blocking any of his domains and added it to whitelist and still not a reply, i waited 4 days before reporting to clickbank to at least relay my message to ebookcreator.com owner. let us see and give him ample time because i really need an ebook compiler, if no reply ill just refund my money on clickbank and invest 10bucks more for ebookcompiler, i think that's my plan... lets wait and see and I post again here. thanks for the reply.

yes i downloaded the shareware version of it, looks fascinating and I don't mind spending 10bucks more for a better software, are they good in customer support? im admiring their script support, and unlimited updates and yeah the brander too. how's it going when you use activ for your ebooks?
the best for me too is the customer support.. i find it hard for other ebook compilers to have their own forum unlike ebookcompiler it's great for support and another plus for ebookcompiler

If you have a problem with a Clickbank purchase, and can't get an answer, email ClickBank directly.
If you don't have all the details, you can email them what you do have (date, vendor, your email, etc), and they may be able to help (e.g. locate your purchase based on your receipt number).
Also if the receipt email from Clickbank is missing, check your spam folder, it may be there. (particularly if you use an free email service as they can sometimes incorrectly place emails in a spam folder).
