Downlaoding Extensions

Chris 9897 I need to know how to download files that are to make up extensions, I really want to make it easy such as just having them click on a link on one of the pages and it will download more HTML files to thier install directory to be called by the ebook.  Is this possible or will I have to make them download and install a zip file to the said directory?

Storyman Chris,

When you describe extensions it sounds like you want the user to be able to download additional HTML pages. Is this correct? I ask because extensions are often used in programming to describe something else.

If what you are after is to have the user click on a link that opens a HTML that loads from a remote server, then you might want to consider using frames. In the manual you'll find information about

Also, look in the manual under 'Getting Started'-->Creating Your Source Files From HTML Documents. You'll find more information about opening HTML pages on a remote server.
