The page numbers seem to be part of the ebook executable, with no options to adjust them. Perhaps Sunil will consider adding a checkbox or something to the next versions interface.
I haven't tried it, but an alternative would be to create your own print button, to print an .rtf doc packaged with the ebook. There is also a css statement that allows you to dictate your own document when the print button is pushed... but I'm not sure if Activ will take over anyway.
We can always try it and find out, no?

The headers and footers on the print out can be edited using the language editor (4.22 compiler up). This is covered in the Advanced Features section of our Help.
