If I delete the main ini file (.....00.ini) and then run again an ebook, will the userid be the same?
On version 4.2x and up the user number shouldn't change unless you reformat, or you have previously installed and ran a prior version (in this latter case it behaves like prior versions)
On prior versions, the user number can (but not easily) change if you mess around with the Windows folder. I can't remember exactly which files, but it's non-trivial to make it change.
