I have the following in an active script I'm running when the ebook exits -- and I keep getting syntax error, missing right bracket on the first line?? Help.
First line: IF({doexit} = 1) THEN OPEN('http://in-the-e-zone.com....')
I've also tried IFSTREQUAL('{doexit}','1') too with same result -- I must be missing something, but.... and yes I did change how the variable is getting set (string VS. numerical)
OK, now the syntax error is gone, but nothing is opening... Variables set via window.external.ActivSet in JS are still there when you run an Active script on exit, aren't they?
OK, I figured it out -- and it's working great now -- just FYI, I was setting a JS var, and trying to use that JS var to set the Activ var -- which didn't seem to work, but putting the window.external.ActiveSet instead of setting the JS var works like a charm -- thanks for the help and the great compiler.
