movie size / e-book size

Wiplinger I had the chance to create a movie with an USB camera and the program that came with it. ONE minute speech was about 8.5 Mb. Than I tried to compress it and got 197 (!!!) MB.
I would like to put a movie into the ebook as introduction, which would be 1 minute. Which format is the best for that? Does the E-book compression also compress the movie, or is this more or less already the size we can expect to be added to the book as it was without movie?

EBookCompiler Try different Codecs, color depth, resolution, frame rate for making the movie.

Set sound to mono.  If speech 8 bit with relatively low KHz should be clear enough

Movies are generally already compressed, they may or may not compress more when in an ebook

There is a maximum amount of compression possible for any data, so adding one compression scheme on top of another,  eventually reaches a point where no more compresson is possible.
