Hi. I would like to ask you there if you could recommend to me a book which will help me to really avoid problem of investment. I live in country where cash like 100$ is incredible amount. I have saved cash for e-bookcompiler but now really need the best and as possible free information how to: create ebook from the very beginning how to set up waeb and just create the market on the lower price and more. Is there a publisher who is 'happy user' of ebookcompiler who started from absolutely zero? I am a little confused cause I still find a lot of 'guides' which costs a lot and I am not which one is really valuable (I do not want to be cheated you know).
It's my dream to publish ebook in easy way with possibly no more investment than 200-300$ (I can not save more during a year).
My budget is also $0, so I've created all my sites with freeware. Activ ebook is one of the few programs I've bought.
The main problem is not creating the ebooks, but selling them. If you want to be secure, you need to use something like ClickBank, which has a set-up fee of U$49.95.
The other cost is hosting - free hosts don't want files the size of ebooks being downloaded. I've been looking into this again recently, but I don't think there's any way round it - paid hosting is necessary for your own ebook sales.
You may have to take the route of becoming an affiliate (selling other peoples products) to earn the money to cover selling your own ebook. The products are on their servers, so no paid hosting problems for you. ClickBank is free for affiliates - no set-up fee.
But it's hard work, and slow going! If you decide to do that, choose products that match your product, but don't compete directly.
There's lots of freebie How-To ebooks and tutorials out there. Cruising this and Sunil's other sites, as well as the other ebook sites, will lead you to a lot of good advice and interesting sales ideas. I'm not sure which guide is best - there are so many.
I also use a tool called BK Replace Em, available at my site, http://www.copperfieldpub.com . This does scripted search-n-replaces that can be saved and reused again.
You might look at the free ebook cover maker available from twocows.com - the address escapes me at the moment....
There are some cheap hosting sites you can use as well. Perhaps someone can list some of their favorites here; I can do the same... I'll add some of my other favorite tools to this list soon.
