I've experienced a hard drive failure and purchased a new computer. How do I go about getting a replacement registration key? My user ID # has changed with this new computer and my old key does not work.
Also Outlook Express will not send an e-mail to your address at webmaster@ebookcompiler.com - it gets a 550 error - so this is why I'm contacting you through the forum.
