Unfortunately on the printing we are not 100% in control, as Microsoft have very limited APIs for this in Internet Explorer's engine.
IE is basically designed around print a page at a time, which is why our software is. I am not sure if there is a work round for to print everything, but I've added it to a list of things for us to look at in future. My gut feeling, is this is going to be difficult, and maybe even impossible.
Regarding permission to print individual pages, we don't have that now, but I think our odds of being able to add that in future are better. It's also on this list.
