Piranha and MySQL Install Ok but no matching records

»Need assistance with determination of problem

sitebuilder Hi all:

I just recently purchased both Piranha feed and CBRocket. This post is regarding Piranha feed.

I installed the script without any issue.  However, each time I go to run the example scripts I get 'No matching records found.".

I have checked and double-checked everything.

I don't have a developer token since these are not supported by Amazon anymore.  However, I have access to both my subscriber id and my access id.  I expect I don't need to use my security id.

Anyway, I've used both my subscriber id and access id in place of the developer token but I still can't get the script to return any records.

The db connectivity (at least as far as the admin panel) is ok.

It just seems like the web service calls aren't returning anything because the tables in the MySQL db are empty.

Can anybody provide some feedback to help me out?

I've visited some of the sites in other user's sig files and found amazon feeds that work.

I am anxious to get this started since I have several websites that I want to add this feed to.

One other question... do I need to install a version of Piranha and CBRocket for each www domain I have? (Even if they are on the same host?)

Thanks

JimL

EBookCompiler Hi Jim

I'm assuming you're the same Jim that I emailed last Friday/Saturday - did that resolve anything/everything?

If you've emailed me since then and I haven't replied yet, I will reply ASAP

You only need purchase 1 copy of the scripts, but yes, I would install a copy on each of your sites.

sitebuilder Yes Sunnil I am the one and thanks for the reply.  Basically, I have decided to wait for the upgrade but in the meantime I might move over to a cheap host as well.

I am looking forward to using the script.  Do you think that this script would work well in a Wordpress blog?

Thanks,

JimL
